At Creating the Difference, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bowling performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused merchandise.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact; please note that customized items or drilled bowling balls are not eligible for return.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
